Works completed
- Overhaul of the existing Vacuum pump system.
- The original system was unable to pump efficiently. We replaced the complete pump with a new Samson V15, converted the hydraulic controls to pneumatic (air and electric).
- Commissioned and tested.
- Supplied and fitted a Pneumatic Stainless steel 4-way valve.
- Removed existing 4” piping, and replaced it with stainless steel, incorporating a blowback system.
Testimony
We employed KER Group to carry out a complete upgrade of the Vacuum pump system on board the MFV “Atlantic Quest”.The pumping system is much quicker since the upgrade.
